One of our Italian customer performs machining of cast iron using surface grinder machines. The amount of material removed during the process is really high and the distribution of working in three shifts makes ​​particularly complex the handling of the removed material, as well as difficult to obtain good quality in coolant filtration.

In front of different approaches, envisaged and implemented without appreciable results from different competitors, Micronfilter felt that this was just a case in which to propose a simple, reliable and proven solution, but, above all, precisely suitable for the application in question.
